You install LoveUAD on your own phone wherever you are, and your parent opens a web link or the app on theirs. They enter a one-time code and the two phones are linked. From then on you see their daily check-in, medication status, and home zone location on a dashboard, and you get an alert if something is missed. There is no time zone, country or carrier restriction — it works over any internet connection.
It depends on how much your parent is willing to do. Location-only family trackers show where someone is but not whether they took their medicine or are unwell. Sensor systems need hardware installed in the home. LoveUAD sits in between: your parent presses one button each morning, and everything else — medication tracking, location zone alerts — runs from the phone they already own, with no hardware and no account for them.

In the UK an adult with mental capacity must consent to being monitored — you cannot lawfully track a competent adult's location without their agreement, and covert tracking can breach UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. LoveUAD requires you to confirm at sign-up that your parent knows about the app and has agreed, and your parent enters the link code themselves. If they ask you to stop, you must stop.
